ACA scorers� clinic held

GUWAHATI, June 29 � The Assam Cricket Association has organised a two-day clinic for the State scorers which came to an end today.

Altogether 31 scorers from all over the State took part in the clinic where BCCI scorer Tapash Roy was the resource person. He was assisted by Bhaskar Bora, Naba Sarma and Anupam Das.

Stress was given on the Linear Method which is the most scientific method of scoring in the game of cricket.

In the closing function today, ACA secretary Bikash Baruah urged the participants to take this job seriously as it became most important part of the game.

An examination was conducted after the clinic and those who will come out successfully will be able to appear in the BCCI�s scorer examination.
