GUWAHATI, April 26 - The All Assam Tennis Association (AATA) announced the national and international tournament calendar for the year today.
The first national ranking tournament will be the Championship Series for U-12 and U-14 age group category from June 13 to 17 while the Asian Tennis Tour for men scheduled to be held from November 14 to 18 will kick start the international calendar.
In a press release, AATA secretary, Ankush Dutta informed that it will host the $ 7500 Asian Tennis Tour Tournament followed by the ITF Juniors from�November 21 to 25.
Apart from the two international tournaments, the second national ranking tournament will be the Championship Series for U-16 and U-18 age group from June 20 to 24.
It will be followed by the OIL-AITA Super Series for U-12 and U-14 age group from�July 11 to 15 and the OIL-AITA Super Series for U-14 and U-16 age group from�July 18 to 22.
The release further stated that the dates of the other national ranking tournaments to be organised by AATA�s affiliated clubs will be announced later.
