AAI warns against fake job offers

By Staff Reporter

GUWAHATI, Nov 10 - Unknown agencies have reportedly launched a fake recruitment drive for jobs at the upcoming Rupsi Airport and the Airports Authority of India (AAI) has cautioned the people against it.

It has come to the notice of Airports Authority of India officials at Rupsi Airport that some unknown agencies are holding fake recruitment drive through unauthenticated online and offline means for jobs at Rupsi Airport under the name of AAI. We want to clarify that there is no such recruitment process going on particularly for Rupsi Airport by AAI, an AAI spokesman said.

In recent time, as the new airport has been re-developed at Rupsi, many people especially youngsters are enquiring about the job opportunities and vacancies at the airport.

The AAI alerts the people and stakeholders concerned to be aware of such fraud agencies and not to get misled by fraudulent advertisements. AAI also clarifies that for any recruitment/job opening, people can check our official website www.aai.aero. We do not have any agencies or consultancies which are hiring or recruiting people using AAIs name and logo for jobs at the newly constructed Rupsi Airport in Dhubri district of Assam, he added.
