AIZAWL, July 11 - Seven COVID-19 patients have been discharged in Mizoram today after they were cured of the infection.
The State�s COVID-19 tally remained static at 226 as no new case was reported today.
According to an official statement, 295 samples tested at the Zoram Medical College laboratory and 29 samples tested at the Lunglei district civil hospital�s TrueNat lab on Friday turned out to be negative.
Meanwhile, three women were discharged from the COVID Care Centre and another woman from the Dedicated COVID Health Centre in Mamit district after they tested negative in successive tests.
Three cured patients � a couple and their three-year-old daughter � were also discharged from the Zoram Medical College.
With this, out of Mizoram�s total 226 cases, 76 are currently active.
