SONARI, June 4 - Six more persons, namely, Budhindra Baruah (21), Bikasah Nayak (24), Ananta Bhuyan (20), Mohan Jain (52), Sol Puri (21) and Jonsen Kharia (22), all from quarantine centres of Charaideo district tested positive for COVID-19 today.
They were shifted to Sivasagar Civil Hospital. With these six persons, the tally of COVID-19 positive patients undergoing treatment in Charaideo district has gone up to 26.
In Charaideo district, altogether 922 samples were collected, out of that results of 673 were found to be negative and 26 results were found to be positive. Results of 229 samples are yet to come. Meanwhile, 16 persons are quarantined at Sonari College, 88 quarantined at Moran Girls� College, 2 at Napam LP School, 20 at BPBM HS School, 57 at Borhat HS School, 30 Nos. quarantined at Borhat College and 9 at Borhat New High School.
