SHILLONG, Nov 23 - The State today reported 58 new COVID-19 cases while 57 patients recovered from the infection, thus taking the total active cases to 895.
Out of the new cases, 22 were reported from East Khasi Hills district, 20 from South Garo Hills district, 9 from Ri-Bhoi district, 6 West Garo Hills district and one from South West Garo Hills district.
Most of the patients who recovered were from East Khasi Hills district 30, followed by Ri-Bhoi district 11, South Garo Hills district 10 and West Garo Hills district 6.
Meanwhile, the total death toll reached 110.
