TURA, April 8 - North Garo Hills (NGH) police today held five suspects after a video of a drunk minor girl being molested by a group of men in a car went viral on social media.
The incident seems to have occurred a few days ago. The five who have been taken into custody have been identified as Kaltu K Sangma (forest guard), Zingachio Ch Momin, Bansilal D Shira (ex-jail warder), GNLA surrenderee Tenang and ANVC surrenderee Beking Sangma.
�Immediately after we were informed on the matter we held the people behind the case. They were picked up this morning at about 1.30 am and interrogation is currently on,� said NGH SP, Dalton Marak.
