GUWAHATI, Aug 24 � The 4th AP Bn, Kahilipara advanced to the quarterfinals of the Brihattar Beltola Krira Bikash Samittee organised North East Football Championship for the Joy Ram Medhi and Dhiren Boro Trophy.
In a second round match of the championship at Sarusajai Sports Complex here today the cops defeated Borkuchi Football Club, Sonapur by a clear margin of 2-0 goals.
Tapan Das drew the first blood in the 21st minute while Gopal Deka made it 2-0 in the 33rd minute.
