AIZAWL, Aug 4 - Directorate of Revenue Intelligence (DRI) staff have seized 49 gold biscuits here and arrested one person on Friday night.
DRI sources said the gold biscuits were recovered from Cin Lian Khai, 59, a resident of New Lamka, Churachandpur, who also has a Myanmar address, at Zarkawt locality here around 7 pm last night.
The gold biscuits, weighing 8143.46 gram, were valued at Rs 2.57 crore in the international market.
