GUWAHATI, Aug 11 � The Assam Table Tennis Association (ATTA) in association with the Directorate of Sports & Youth Affairs, will be organizing the RG Baruah All Assam Major Ranking Table Tennis Championships from August 13 to 16 at the Desbhakta Tarun Ram Phukan Indoor Stadium here.
More than 400 players and officials from almost all the districts of the State and from some major institutions will participate in the tournament.
Many national level players will be seen in action during the championship. Altogether 12 events will be held for different age groups during the championship.
State Forest Minister Rockybul Hussain will inaugurate the meet on August 13 at 4 pm.
ATTA secretary Tridib Duvarah informed that all arrangements have been completed to hold the meet in a befitting manner.
