GUWAHATI, April 8 - The police today arrested four persons for violating lockdown orders imposed in view of the coronavirus outbreak.

They have been identified as Jagdamba Prasad Mour, Chatar Singh Jain, Sikandar Roy and Adarsh Sarmah.

A police source said that they have been arrested from a Hanuman temple in Fancy Bazar area. More than 50 people had gathered there on the occasion of Hanuman Jayanti today.
