MIRZA, Oct 19 - Four persons were killed when a goods-laden truck coming from Guwahati side collided head-on with a sand-laden truck coming from Boko on the national highway here at around 1 am today.
The deceased have been identified as Jahangir Ahmed and Hanif Ali of Natun Dewar and Rafikul Islam of Kismat Katai village under Boko police station in Kamrup district, who were on the sand-laden truck, and Pintu Sarkar of Midinipur in West Bengal, who was on the goods-laden truck.
Another critically injured person was rushed to the Guwahati Medical College Hospital.
