SILCHAR, Aug 3 - Four people have been detected with Japanese Encephalitis ((JE) so far in Cachar district.
Dr Sudip Jyoti Das, Joint Director of Health Services Cachar, said that the patients are from Ashram Road in Silchar, Narsingpur block and Sonai areas under Cachar district. Claiming that there is nothing much to worry at this moment, Dr Das said �awareness meetings have been conducted and fogging have been done in specific areas. The district Health Department is proactive in taking preventive steps in this regard.�
