UDALGURI, Jan 24: A total of 4,66,965 voters, including 2,30,901 female and five third-gender voters, will decide the fate of the contesting candidates of Udalguri election district in the forthcoming Assembly elections. This was disclosed by the election department of district administration.
In 64 Panery LAC, there are 1,53,441 voters including 75,952 female voters and one third gender. In Udalguri, there are 1,56,075 voters of which 77,780 are female. In Mazbat, 1,57,449 voters, including 77,169 female and four third-gender voters, will exercise their franchise.
Meanwhile, hectic political activities are being witnessed in the district. The district administration has geared up for the polls by carrying out the preliminary tasks.
