KOKRAJHAR, April 4 � Suspected anti-talk faction of NDFB shot dead three SSB jawan today at Lalvita of Longa-Pipsu area under Kachugaon police station in Kokrajhar district.
According to sources, the victims have been identified as Subhash Ranjit, Bhagal Kumar and Radhasyam. However, the deadbody of Radhasyam remained untraced till filing of this report.
The militants ambushed and opened fire indiscriminately on the SSB patrolling party on duty.
Soon after the incident top police and security officials rushed to the spot and launched combing operation. However, none was arrested so far. Police claimed that the anti-talk NDFB was behind the incident.
