3 recover in Mizoram

AIZAWL, June 25 - Three more COVID-19 patients were released from hospital after recovering from the disease in Mizoram today, bringing down the number of active cases to 118.

The State�s COVID-19 tally stood at 145 as no new case was reported today.

�All 1,157 samples tested at the Zoram Medical College laboratory in Aizawl on Wednesday (June 24) came out negative. All the 29 samples examined at the Lunglei district hospital�s TrueNat laboratory also tested negative,� an official source said.

All the three patients, who were discharged from hospital this afternoon, are women. Two of them are from Aizawl district and one from Khawzawl district.

The number of discharged patients in the State has now risen to 27.
