KOHIMA, Jan 29 - Three cadres of NSCN(K) surrendered with arms and explosive before government authorities at Peren district of Nagaland, Assam Rifles officers said.
The three cadres made an unconditional surrender after their families expressed their wish to shun violence and join the mainstream, they said.
The cadres, whose identities were not disclosed for safety reasons, laid down weapons at a function held at DC office complex, Peren on Monday.
The cadres laid down three pistols along with ammunition and a grenade before the Peren DC and SP and the Commandant of 18 Assam Rifles. � PTI
