IMPHAL, June 9 - The Army arrested three militants, including two belonging to NNC, here during separate counter-insurgency operations.
Troops of Assam Regiment nabbed two activists of NNC in Hourang Keirel area under Lamshang Police Station of Imphal West yesterday, according to an official report.
One 2 mm pistol, five rounds of ammunition and two mobile handsets were recovered from them.
In another incident, Assam Regiment troops apprehended one activist belonging to outlawed Peoples� Revolutionary Party of Kangleipak (PREPAK) early on Thursday, the report added.
The militant was arrested by the troops at Lamshang Bazaar under Lamshang Police Station.
Meanwhile, four boys, including two minors, have been arrested by Cyber Crime Unit of Manipur Police on the charge of assaulting a non-local boy here.
The incident was caught on video and found uploaded on social media which later went viral leading to their arrest.
