GUWAHATI, June 3 � A national conference on �Challenges in environmental research� will be organised by the Centre for Environment, Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati from June 4 to 6. The IIT-G has initiated the conference with the objective of discussing and spreading awareness like environment pollution and its remedy, climate and other related issues.
The organisers told this newspaper that the conference will feature some important lectures and poster presentation by delegates and participants highlighting their research work.
The organisers also informed that the conference is open to all active participants, young researchers, students and NGOs.
