MIRZA, April 19 � Three bodies were recovered at different locations on the Brahmaputra river bank in Kamrup district today.
According to an official of the Sualkuchi River Police Station, the body of a youth, aged about 35 years, was recovered in the Alikash Char under the Sualkuchi River Police Station. The body that bore injury marks on the face and the head is yet to be identified.
Bodies of two male persons, aged between 35-40 years, were also recovered at Amingaon near the Saraighat Bridge and Madhyam Khanda Parghat (North Guwahati) under the Sualkuchi Police Station in Kamrup district today. These bodies, too, are yet to be identified.
The Officer-in-Charge of the Sualkuchi Police Station, Abul Hussain, said investigation is on to ascertain the causes of their death.
