GUWAHATI, Sept 22 - Police on Tuesday arrested three persons in connection with the death of Nijamuddin Ali, who had been severely thrashed by them in a fit of rage in Kharghuli area of the city on September 12 last.
This morning, Latasil police apprehended one Nani Choudhury in connection with the case and later Dhubri police apprehended the other two accused � Rupam Das and Rajib Das � from Dharmasala area of the district.
According to police, Ali received severe injuries in the incident and breathed his last at the GMCH three days back.
