GUWAHATI, July 16 - The silver jubilee celebrations of Rani Sati Mandir situated at Police Bazaar in Shillong would be held from July 17 to July 19. Along with a cultural procession by women, chappan bhog rituals and presentation of devotional songs would mark the first day of the programme. On July 18, a worship ritual would be held in the 25 year-old temple. A special aarti would mark the concluding day of the programme, said a press statement.
