UDALGURI, Oct 2 - Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB) Ranidanga of Darjeeling today confirmed their place in the final of the ongoing 23rd edition of Bodofa Upendra Nath Brahma Gold Cup football tournament defeating local outfit New Model Football Club 2-1.
New Model striker Figu Daimari opened the account in the 29th minute with a direct shot but SSB drew parity through Ajeet in the 37th minute of the first half. In the second half, MG Jit Kumar Singh of SSB fired in the decider in the 63rd minute.
