UDALGURI, Sept 30 - Langhin Football Club of Karbi Anglong today entered the semifinal stage of the ongoing 23rd Bodofa Upendra Nath Brahma Gold Cup Football Tournament.

In the last quarterfinal match of the championship, played at the Udalguri Stadium here today, the Karbi Anglong outfit defeated Rhino FC of Tezpur in sudden death after completing the regulation time with a 1-1 scoreline. Mahanta Khakhlary of Rhino FC of Tezpur opened the account in the very third minute while Puran Chetry drew parity in the 12th minute.

Earlier, Navajyoti Club of Guwahati defeated local outfit Boroland AC 4-0 in the third quarterfinal played yesterday. The semifinal stage of the tournament will start from October 2.
