BONGAIGAON, Aug 29 - A joint team of the Army and police today killed two NDFB(S) �platoon commanders� in an encounter in a jungle near Oxyguri under the Amguri PS of Chirang district. The slain cadres have been identified as Gundai alias Gungsang alias Gumsrang Narzary (28) and Junthai alias Jaysath Basumatary (21). Gundai was a close aide of G Bidai, the most wanted leader of the outfit. He was accused of killing Adivasis in December 2014 and a school girl, Priya Basumatary on August 20 last year, claimed LR Bisnoi, IGP (BTAD).
