TEZPUR, July 8 (PTI) - Two NDFB cadres surrendered with arms today in Sonitpur district of Assam where the banned group triggered three blasts on railway tracks killing one and injuring 13 others.
Sukleswar Basumatary and Sansuma Daimary laid down an AK-47 rifle with three rounds of ammunition and a walkie- talkie set at a Sashastra Seema Bal training camp at Salonibari, officials said.
