By Correspondent

TURA, Dec 27 - Two juveniles, behind the vandalising of Hawakhana Baptist Church (HBC), were taken into custody by police today after they were handed over by clan members (Maharis).

On Christmas day, at about 2.45 am, one of the juveniles, allegedly in a drunken fit, kicked the glass door of HBC after which the other boy escorted him out. The act was captured in the CCTV in the Church.

The incident had created shock and disgust with pressure on police to find the culprits behind the incident. We have apprehended the two involved in the incident and will be produced in Court. The two are juveniles and as such will not be arrested but dealt with by the Juvenile Court, said SP of WGH, Dr MGR Kumar.
