SHILLONG, Nov 19 - Senior Advocate Hamarsan Sing Thangkhiew, who was sworn in by Chief Justice Mohammad Yaqoob Mir today has become the first Khasi judge of the High Court of Meghalaya.
A large number of family and friends came to witness the swearing in ceremony held here at the High Court.
