100 schools get AI-based tablets

DHUBRI, Sept 7 - In a bid to create awareness among children in Government schools of Dhubri district about technology and to promote their creativity, Haselfre Foundation in association with the district administration and Education department distributed special AI-based tablets to 100 schools of the district.

One such special tablet will be available per school which will be available for use by the students of Class V to VIII. Members of the NGO also said that this device and special apps installed in it will answer all kinds of queries by the students in their own way, which will not only promote creativity, but will also make them aware of technology, besides making them innovative and encourage them to think.

The members of the organisation informed that Dhubri district has been selected as an aspirational district.

Meanwhile, in a programme organised by the Teachers� Day Celebration Committee, to observe 58th edition of the day, 30 senior teachers and retired teachers from all over the district were felicitated for their outstanding performances in the field of education.

The programme organised at Dhubri District Library auditorium was presided over by ADC Surman Ali, where dignitaries from all over the district were present.
