DIMAPUR, Feb 25 - Former CM TR Zeliang was appointed as Advisor (Finance) to the Government of Nagaland in the rank and status of Cabinet Minister with immediate effect. He will be entitled to pay and allowances and all other facilities admissible to a Cabinet Minister. Y Patton retained the Home portfolio he held during the Zeliang Government. This was stated by Cabinet Secretary Pankaj Kumar in a notification.
