DIMAPUR, Oct 27 - Young Leaders Connect (YLC), an initiative of Nagaland-based organisation Youth Net will hold its fifth edition at Itanagar on October 28-29.
To be held under the theme �Start-Up North East, Stand Up North East�, the two-day conclave will deliberate on issues such as �Challenges and opportunities of entrepreneurship and skill building in NE�, �Entrepreneurship, Innovation & Education� and �Entrepreneurship, Funding and Credit Linkages� apart from other round table discu-ssions and workshops for entrepreneurs.
The inaugural session on October 28 will be attended by Union Minister of State (Independent), Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Rajiv Pratap Rudy Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Pema Khandu.
