GUWAHATI, Nov 13�� The All Assam Tennis Association (AATA) will organise the World Ranking Junior Tennis Tournament from November 17 to 21 at its Chachal complex here.
The tournament will be open for boys and girls U-18 years age group. The qualifying rounds of the tournament will be held on November 15 and 16. AATA general secretary Ankush Dutta informed that players from Japan, Hong Kong, China, Uzbekistan, Poland, Russia, Ukraine along with India are expected in participate in the tournament.
This grade V World Ranking Junior Tennis Tournament has been approved by International Tennis Federation (ITF). The ITF has appointed Saikat Roy of India as the chief referee for this prestigious event. The AATA is organizing this event here in the city continuously for last six years.
