GUWAHATI, Aug 27 - The All Assam Buddhists Association, a regional centre of World Fellowship of Buddhists, has recommended the names of Alok Shyam Gohain, Wangki Lowang, Nang Pheyhom Chakhap and Chango Lowang for participation in the 29th General Conference of the World Fellowship of Buddhists to be held at Narita, Japan from November 7 to 10, a press release said. The conference will be attended by representatives of some 30 Buddhist organisations from across the globe. The theme for the event is �Compassion in Action�.
