DHEMAJI, Jan 5: World Braille Day was observed on the Dhemaji Town Girls’ ME School premises here with a three-day programme under the aegis of Samagra Shiksha, Dhemaji. An open meeting held on the occasion was chaired by Kabita Deka, District Elementary Education Officer. It was initiated by Abani Nath, DPO, Samagra Shiksha. Maharshi Kashyap, ADC, Dhemaji, Udayan Boruah, Joint Director of Health Services, District Social Welfare Officer, Birinchi Bora, and Block Elementary Education Officer, Dhemaji, Banamali Pegu, spoke in the meeting. – ANN Service
