GUWAHATI, April 12 - United Bank of India (UBI), Guwahati Region, conducted a workshop on Prime Minister Awas Yojana (PMAY) in collaboration with Assam Gramin Vikash Bank at Food Villa, Panbazar here on Monday, a press release said.
The workshop was conducted by Md Abdul Wahid, General Manager, Marketing & Retail Credit, United bank of India, SS Singh, DGM, NE, RK Nayak, Chief Regional Manager, Sanjay Nand, Chairman, Assam Gramin Vikash Bank and Niladri Bose, Sr Executive, National Housing Bank.
The workshop was followed by a builders� meet with the executive of UBI. Sixteen top builders from Guwahati attended the meet. Md Wahid explained the details of PMAY programmes to the builders. The Builders offered some valuable suggestions for successful implementation of the scheme.
