GUWAHATI, July 30 - Bharalumukh police last night caught 10 persons with seven drinking water tankers. The accused were allegedly involved in illegal boring and supplying non-treated water to people.
They were caught at the boring site at Pachali of Kumarpara. Seven of the arrested are drivers, while the other three were involved in illegal boring.
