Vintage Jeep Rally

IMPHAL, Nov 27 - Chief Minister Okram Ibobi Singh flagged off the World War II Vintage Jeep Rally from Koirengei Old Air Field on Sunday.

Besides nine Vintage Jeeps, 30 Motorcycles and 35 Cycles took part in the Rally organised as part of Manipur Sangai Festival.

The Rally will culminate at India Peace Memorial, Maibam Lotpa Ching. A major attraction of the rally was that many of the participants were clad in uniforms of the Japanese and Allied Forces and carried the flags of India, Japan and United Kingdom.
