GUWAHATI, Oct 29 � Vilasier Khate became champion in the boy�s U-18 category defeating Anvit Bendre 6-3,6-1 in the AITA Championship Series Tennis Tournament at the Chachal Tennis Complex here today.
In girl�s U-18, Tahira Bhatti overcame Amrita Mukherjee 7-5,6-2 to bag the crown.
Anvit Bendre drew consolation when, he beat Kenesizuoto 6-2,6-3 to bag the boy�s U-16 title. Devangshi Bhimgyani took the girl�s U-16 title defeating Aandrita Deb 6-2,4-6, 7-6 (7-3).
