GUWAHATI, June 16 - The Viswa Hindu Parishad (VHP) Guwahati, will run a free health camp for pilgrims during the ensuing Ambubachi Mela at the Kamakhya Balika Vidyalaya. The camp will be inaugurated at 10 am on June 21 and it will conclude on June 26.
Several health establishments of the city like Nemcare Hospital, Marwari Maternity Centre, Goenka Nursing Home, GNRC, Arya Hospital, GMCH, besides the State health department have assured the camp organisers of providing doctors, paramedical staff and medicines.
The VHP Guwahati has also appealed to social organisations to lend a helping hand to it by providing free medicines for diarrhoea, dysentery, fever, etc.
