UDALGURI, April 14 - The United People�s Party (UPP), a regional political party of BTC region, thanked the people of the State for their overwhelming participation in the Assam Assembly Election-2016.
This was stated in a UPP press release issued today by Prodeep Kumar Daimary, general secretary of the political organisation.
The UPP release thanked all the people irrespective of caste, creed and religion for exercising their right to franchise and hoped that this process with maximum participation of the voters would give an opportunity to bring about a permanent Government for all-round development, besides solution of vexed issues. Further, the UPP was hopeful of a transparent and good governance in the State.
