NEW DELHI, June 27 � A six-member pro-talk ULFA delegation led by chairman, Arabinda Rajkhowa arrived at the national capital on Wednesday to take part in the tripartite talks on Friday.
A spokesman of the group, Sasha Choudhury, told this newspaper that they had preliminary discussions with the Home Ministry officials on Thursday.
The delegation is also likely to meet interlocutor, PC Haldar tomorrow before the formal dialogue scheduled to be held at the Home Secretary level.
