Revealing this before mediapersons at Press Club here today, the student leader said that the ULFA leader demanded of him and his union to work for the outfit, threatening that otherwise he would be killed. He expressed surprise as to how the banned militant outfit could expect a student body to work for it.

Arunjyoti also informed the journalists that the outfit was trying to control the Moran community as a whole and attempting to lure them to its fold either through intimidation or money, but AAMSU was trying to deter it.
