ULFA factions war of words continue

GUWAHATI, July 14 � The war of words between both the factions of the United Liberation Front of Asom (ULFA) continued today as the central publicity secretary of the outfit Mithinga Daimary today said that the unilateral cease fire was not a personal decision of the ULFA chairman Arabinda Rajkhowa.

The statement said that two-third of the members of the ULFA are in favour of political solution to the conflicts , while, as per the constitution of the ULFA, only the chairman is authorized to comment on behalf of the outfit. He also said that 99 per cent of people of Assam want negotiated solution to the conflicts.
