UDALGURI : April 25 - The five-member wushu team from Udalguri, including three girls representing India in the 2nd Students� Olympic International Martial Art, held in Colombo from April 16 to 18 clinched four gold and one silver medal.

The players won medals were-Shyam Mochahari (gold, U-19, 50 kg male), Ejible Daimari (gold, U-17, 48kg female), Lucky Daimari (gold, U-17, 40kg female), Madhusmita Basumatary (gold, U-19, 48kg female), Dhaneswar Basumatary (silver, U-22, 75kg male).

The team members were accorded warm felicitation by several organisation like Udalguri College, Udalguri District Sports Association and the Udalguri district committee of ABSU.
