Two-day aeromodel show at Diphu from today

DIPHU, Nov 13 - An aeromodel making show-cum-exhibition programme is going to be organised by the Karbi Anglong district administration at the Chandra Sing High School here by the Education Department, KAAC, tomorrow and at the KASA Stadium, Diphu on November 15. The second day�s programme will begin at 11 am and end at 1:30 pm. The aim of both the shows is to attract children towards science and to make them understand about aerofoils, aerodynamics and physics.

The main attractions of the aero show at the KASA Stadium will be scale model aero craft flying, helicopter flying, quad copter and multi rotor flying, radio controlled cars and radio-controlled boats. This was informed through an official press release by the district administration here on Wednesday.

Meanwhile, the district administration has asked all students from different educational institutions and the general public to participate in both the programmes on November 14 and 15 respectively.
