GUWAHATI, Oct 9 � The All Assam Students� Union (AASU) would organise a special tribute-paying programme at 40 places throughout the State on October 11, on the occasion of the 150th birth anniversary of Sahityarathi Lakshminath Bezbaroa.
The programme would start from 11 am at public places throughout the State and students would recite Ami Asomiya Nahaon Dukhiya at 12.05 pm at all the locations.
The 40 locations include Latasil playground, Bimala Prasad Chaliha Nagar playground, Tinsukia, Chapakhowa public playground, Sadiya, North Margherita Rangmancha premises, Dibrugarh University playground, Duliajan OIL Club premises, Namrup Gandhi Maidan playground, Nagaon Govt Boys� School playground, Morigaon Bihutoli premises, Rajiv Gandhi playground, Majuli, Kachhari Maidan, Dhemaji, among others.
