GUWAHATI, May 9 - Passenger train services in the Lumding-Badarpur section has resumed, thus restoring rail services to the Barak Valley from the rest of the country.
NFR PRO Nripen Bhattacharya said that one special train left from Guwahati to Silchar late on Sunday night, while another train departed from Silchar to Guwahati at 5 am on Monday.
�With this, regular passenger train services in the section has resumed,� he said.
