Vehicles with red, blue and yellow passes shall be allowed to move up to the Koinadhara point either via GS Road, Khanapara Rotary and NH 37, or via the Assam Rifles building (IG Prison office gate) point and park at the earmarked places. Again, from the Science Museum point to the Koinadhara point, only the vehicles with red and blue passes will be allowed to enter, the statement said.

It further stated, Commercial goods-carrying vehicles will not be allowed to ply on GS Road from Khanapara to Sixmile, and people coming from Dispur, Beltola, Noonmati and Narengi to attend the function without their vehicle passes will be allowed to park their vehicles either at the Ganesh Mandir Indoor Stadium Complex or to bring their vehicles via Sixmile and the Joyanagar Chariali point up to the Assam Administrative Staff College gate.
