GUWAHATI, Dec 13 � Top seed Sidharth Choudhury of Assam had a convincing win over 5th seed Zhaputso Khate of Nagaland 6-3, 6-3 in the 1st semifinal of the AITA Talent semifinal played today at the Nagaland Tennis Association complex in Dimapur.
In the other semifinal 2nd seed Vitsizolie Nagi of Nagaland defeated 4th seed Mayank Arya of Delhi 6-2, 6-0 in a one sided match. The singles final will be played at 9 am tomorrow at the Nagaland Tennis Association Complex, stated a release.
In the first doubles semifinal match, the duo Sidharth Choudhury and Chengish R Ahmed from Assam defeated Megotsolie Khate and Jesse T Tahe of Nagaland 4-0, 4-2. In the second doubles semifinal match, Vitsizolie Nagi and Zhaputso Khate of Nagaland defeated Jugal Boruah and Debashish Medhi of Assam 5-3, 4-0.
