GUWAHATI, March 2 - The 9th Veteran Inter District and Inter Institution Invitational T-20 Cricket Tournament will be organised by the Veteran Cricket Association of Assam, Tinsukia Chapter in association with the Veteran Cricket Association of Assam at the Tinsukia District Sports Association�s playground, Tinsukia from March 3 to 11.
Altogether 16 teams � Guwahati, Sivasagar, Nazira, Silchar, Jorhat, Lakhimpur, Margherita, Dibrugarh, Advocate XI, Bajali, Charaideo, Naharkatia, Kamrup, Golaghat, Nalbari, Tinsukia are taking part in the meet.
MP Rameswar Teli and former Ranji Trophy player Mukut Das will be the Chief Guest and Guest of Honour respectively in the opening ceremony.
Dibrugarh will take on Margherita in the inaugural match.
